3 Measures to Reduce Animal Stress
We implement measures to ensure that livestock handling is as stress-free as possible, based on the five freedoms established by FAWC:

5 Industrial Facilities
Our facilities are designed to facilitate the safe and humane handling of animals. We monitor operations to ensure best practices are followed and take corrective action when necessary. We keep areas clean, with non-slip floors and proper drainage systems. We inspect daily and monitor animal welfare indicators, taking immediate action for any deviation.
4 Suppliers and Transport
We constantly evaluate our suppliers and only purchase livestock from those that meet our high standards. We offer ongoing training in best practices to both suppliers and transporters. The use of modern fleets and regular training of drivers ensures that the transport of animals is safe and stress-free, minimising the risk of injury and accidents.

Regarding animal health, we strictly follow the recommendations of the local health authorities where we operate. We carry out rigorous controls to ensure compliance with legislation, health programs and best practices in the livestock sector, guaranteeing the quality and safety of our products at all times.
